[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Fridge excessive cooling & water leakage issue

Initial ticket BAN[protected] was raised on 6th May for no cooling issue. Initially it was declared that it is compressor issue. Later it was told that it is not compressor issue. Service engineer changed few parts and No cooling issue was resolved but caused another issue related to excessive cooling which is turning any liquid item into Ice in non-freezing zone of the fridge & spoiling everything.
Then thermo fuse part was changed that also did not resolve this issue. To my surprise, ticket was closed assuming that issue was resolved but issue was not really resolved. I had to raise another ticket BAN[protected] on 22nd May. Another service engineering visited and changed the Timer and simply closed the 2nd ticket also. In reality, changing the timer also did not fix the issue, in fact, that made my problem more severe. Now I see water leakage in my non-freezing area. I had to raise another ticket BAN[protected] for the same issue and still waiting for my issue to be resolved.
Whirlpool India, It appears that your service engineers does not have adequate knowledge/skills to identify the root cause and resolve the issue quickly which is really shame for such a big company. Please try to understand how we are going through without functioning fridge at home. Its really mental torture to us from you guys. :(
