I had registered a compliant (complaint no. [protected]) in the first week of April 2009, and had requested the technician to come and check on Saturday. There was no revert from the technician on Saturday quoting some personal reason, hence I requested the customer service desk to send the technician on Tuesday / Thursday. Till Date there has been no follow up done and every time I call (5-6 calls made since then) the promise to send the technician anytime during the day / evening (no definite timing is confirmed). I spoke to the customer service desk yesterday and today also and they promised to send the technician immediately. They expect the customer to wait endlessly throughout the day and do not care to call back either. Customer service desk on. 23746008, 23746009, [protected].
Pl note that the product was purchased only 2 years back and it does not work now.
I have appliances from other companies as well which provide prompt service, but this product is the worst I have ever seen.
