[Resolved]  Haier DVD 3081 — cannot service my DVD player.

at first i complain the Haier company to service my DVD player against a complain no.-[protected].After that the local service franchise of Haier, name - Mondal Refrigenerator Co.Address- 87/10, Akshoy Kr. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700090. Ph[protected],[protected],[protected]. visit my home, date 29/09/2008. he comments me that the product is not available at that time,within three days the product will be repaired by the service man against a service charge of RS. 200/-(Two hundred only).in that time i paid him the said amount. But after that days they cannot take any proper action. i call them four - five times two repair my product.but they cannot take any necessary action.
