[Resolved] Haier — Bad service for AC | |||
I conplained for my window AC on 25th July 2010 for Gas leakage , the service agency engineer came on 27th July and confirmed the same that gas is leak so the the unit is to be taken to workshop for repair. We paid service charges as asked by him Rs 388 and the same will be ajusted in complete repair cost. But till then no body came for its repair..we again complaint to haier and updated the status but as per cuctomer care the call is closed by the agency and the AC is repaired and is now in working condition as per records. I protest and asked them to come and check the status but send some other agency. but till now no body has come to check.and Haier has no value for customers afterselling the AC's. Please help. Haier Window AC — Poor customer service
I had purchased a Haier window AC much called the one with 3 Star rating. Since the installation the fan of the AC is noisy. I called the customer care to get the same checked from comapny's technician. Everytime I call them I am assured that very soon a technician will visit my house to sort out the problem and they have registered my complaint. Simply registering or seeking an apology for delay does not sort out my problem. I have already wasted 2 days waiting for the terchnician. The link for registering complaint on company's website or escalating it to higher officers is not active. The cell phone of the service Incharge of west Delhi Sh Deepak Jain has been put on busy mode.AS A CONSUMER I FIND MYSELF HELPLESS AT THIS JUNCTURE.
