It's very pathetic experience to buy a product from your Company We have Bought a Washing Machine on 23rd Sept from Lotus stores Bill No is 09R1207376, indore and since than we are regretting the decision to buy the first product of haier in our life. Just after two days we had to lodge the complaint regarding the demo. It's only after i lodged the complaint, the technician has taken efforts to come and shown his discomfort to give demonstration The Machine was making lot of noise , when we complained ..the technician didn't wanted to wait to hear the noise coming fomr machine and left after giving us assurance that this much noise comes in all machine when this noise has increased subsequently, and we made the complained again, someone has come and asked to return it to service centre The service centre team came two days later to pick up the machine and given us acknowledgement just writing the job No IND[protected] and has everything on the Job Sheet format was blank. Since than we are following and waiting for machine , it's allmost month now... everytime we have called , we have been assured that we would get our machine in next 2-3 days. the Branch service Manager Mr. Anand does not even bother to pick up his phone [protected], luckily he has picked up my phone once and has assured me that i would get my machine by 6th Nov, which has not happened and than as usual he is not picking up the call. Few days before black lines at the corners of newly purchase LCD TV appears. Now, the at the time of starting the picture is flickering.20%

Haier — Faulty machine and pathetic service
I bought the fully automatic washing from you four years ago from an authorized dealer. The machine was put on extended warranty after the first year itself covering the machine for 5 years duration in complete. The machine has been falling off pretty frequently in this time frame and the servicing part is a cause of alarm. Each time, I had to really haggle to get my machine repaired. The service center doesn't pick the phone, the engineers don't turn up the day they claim, sometimes the parts are broken by inexperienced engineers and than they claim the replacement can happen more than 10 days later due to short supply of parts.It has really bought me to my nerves and I fully believe Haier is incompetent in all ways, to handle the servicing or that my machine is not repairable with your service people's expertise.
I would demand a replacement of the model as you are unable to meet the machine correction.
I have a ticket logged on 11th Feb 2009 (more than a month back) (complaint# [protected]) and till date the machine is still non-operational. Only the call center takes the calls religiously but they cant do anything more than escalate with no results. The machine was with service center for a week but the results are just the same.
The machine doesn't work for more than1 day before a break down and than its 10 days of correction chase to make someone come and have a look.
