[Resolved]  Haier TV 21 " 21f2a — Picture problem(complaint No. [protected] dtd.23/09/2008)

I have complained on 23 September 2008 to Haier customer care about our TV picture. But they have not yet attended the complaint. Even everyday we have been reminding them about the complaint No. [protected] dtd 23/09/2008 from complaint date. We are fed up with daily reminder to them.
