[Resolved] Haier Washing Machine — REPLACEMENT OF WASHING MACHINE | |
Sir, I have purchased HAIER automatic drum washing machine model no.HBF655TE/HBF655TEME on on 09/05/2008 at Chennai. Since the day of purchase the machine has broken down 3 times and one or the other faulty part has been replaced.On 01/09/2009 the machine had again broken down and was told that the mother board has to be replaced.Again after so many phone calls ,yesterday i was told that the wash program dial has loosened and has to be replaced. I am thoroughly fed up with the various parts being replaced one after the other.It shows that the entire machine was faulty since the parts have to be replaced during the warranty period itself. haier washing machine — water drains automatically
Sir,This is to inform you that i have purchased washing machine model no. 62-113S of your company on 27/12/2006 along with a warranty of 5 years. Now from few months whenever water is been filled in the washing tub, it automatically drains out and i am unable to trace service center or your authorized mechanics. So kindly send your engineers to following address immediately to restore the problem.
