I am subrata ghosh. I am basically from westbengal. I worked in HDFC BANK Indraprasth extension East delhi for 6 months as a con tract executive.

problem: they are not providing me my PROVIDENT FUND
Monthly deduction from my salary: 1200
for six month =7200 rs

sir I took a leave for 7 days....but due to some emergency I could not join for 21 days.
but when came for joinning they ignored me that you are absconded already.

I tried to give resignation one month befor of my leave...but not accepted.

I have trid to contact my branch manager many time for that and he ignored that you are absconded...and you did not put any 1 month notice period...so can not get back your privident fund.

In my appoinntment letter no where mention that i have to put 1 month notice period before leave my job as i was contract executive.

I am from just an another poor family of our mother india..and deprived.

If some one else make me understand...who has the exact fault ..me or my HDFC BANK.

I hv applied for my P.F.withdrawl a/c No. MH/BAN/45327/99151 through my company on 25.01.2010.still now i have not recd my amount. i used calling pf office daily.most of the time call not connected ,some time they answered my call they said call next month, they r telling the same till now,can you kindly help me regarding this .

Shashi Services Pvt. Ltd. — Overdue Payments.

We are packing material suppliers as Devki Packaging Solutions. We have been supplying our products to Shashi Services Pvt. Ltd.

Shashi Services Pvt. Ltd. is Fan, MonoBlock Pump, Motors manufacturing company and its Managing Director is Mr. Shashi Kant Moondhra. We just want to share our experience with this organisation. We the tenure of our association, we also facing problem of payments, we never got our payment on time. By keeping this poor kind of payments, when we saw that payments are pending for more than a year, we decided to stop our supplies and we done it. After that we are continueosly chasing for our payment. We still have to receive Rs. 1 Lac. from this company. Mr. Moondhra does not picks up our phone calls, does not replied our emails, they had issued 2 cheques of 50 thousand each in may 2010 and both cheques were bounced on its specified dates. Now when we are requesting him to get the cheques cleared, they are still making false comitments.

This is our experience which we want to let the people know.

Hi im Rajesh from chennai, work for home loans sales, it is worst to see toomany complaints for PF settlement.. Are the management are really in board..If i move out of this job will i get the PF amt, Already salary date is changed to 5th nd incentive structure been reduced because of this ADM , our chennai office is in G.N.Shetty Road, which is like Public Toilet, no Maintenence. our city head wont bothers all these he need business, only then he will be going to foreign trips, wont care in any employee.
