HCL LAPTOP — To the Service

Sir I have submit my laptop into the hcl service center But i could not recive tiil date . i have submitted laptop on 10 may 11.

plzz can i know if there s any hcl service centre at patiala(punjab)???

sir i had purchased ur hcl laptop this year in june. everything was ok but however after few days my laptop on starting started wheezing some beep sounds after which it used to shut down itself automatically.
after wards it had cured itself. but however after some days again it started the same problem again.
i dont have the nation wide guarantee for my system and that is why i could not afford to go to the hcl service center.
please it is a request to look forward to this problem positively and submit me the nos. and the required data at which i can post my complaint

complaint no. [protected] is not being attended from more over last 15 days, we are frustrated to be a customer of HCL.

Unfortunate enough to buy an hcl lap top. I am experiencing horrors in getting my lap serviced. From the next week of my purchase of the lap I experienced problems with its keypad, loading of operating system etc. if I register a complaint nobody would turn up .and I am forced to take my lap myself to the service centre. They kept my lap for weeks. After registering complaint no [protected] it took several weeks’ made more than 500 calls to service centers and the response was horrifying. Most irresponsible, untrustworthy and indecent they are. I send a complaint to hcl and I got call next day to receive my lap from service centre. I had to spend rs 500 as petrol charge. On reaching home I found that the complaint still remains with the same intensity. Again I registered a complaint (comp no [protected]) and took the lap to the service centre myself. They told me that it comes from a faulty series and they would replace it within one week. Now three weeks has passed and nobody has contacted me yet. I don’t have any satisfactory replies.

Now I am forced to move to consumer court and I have filed a complaint to the IT coordinator, malappuram .I have enough document that guarantee me rupees 100 for each day of delay in service. Thus I have the claim of at least rs 3000.
A copy of the circular is attached herewith

I will here by do my best to see that nobody falls into this HCL trap. Throwing the money into river is better a way to give away money than to buy an hcl. You may loose your money but can escape a never ending headache

HCL Laptop (Serial No - A101ae283051) — Replacement of Keypad

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a HCL Laptop in February 2011 and now I have logged a complaint (Complaint Number-[protected]) for keypad replacement as recommended by HCL Engineers against this complaint.
We have'nt received any furthur assistance from HCL Support since 1 month of the complaint.

Please look into the matter as I am facing problems in using my Laptop.

HCL Laptop — laptop keypad button not working

many time mail & call, but not respones,

Ihad one time go hcl house service center mumbai. but, only mail & process , last two mont,

I am Ravinder Pratap Singh I had purchased a New Laptop Model No-HCL ICON ME M-54 and serial No is B101AE430516 on dated 21-Feb-2011.It was worked properly in six month after that it is not working. I given to the Hcl Service center for repairing in the month of Oct.2011, Complain No is [protected].After that it works only a day then again its not working second complain no is [protected].Third Complain No- [protected] At now complain No is [protected] on dated[protected], its on service center, but there is not any positive response by the customer care executive.Basically Problem in laptop is "Mother Board".Your service executive not repaired till now. Pls tell me what can I do. It affects company Name. I request you pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

I totally agree to all the comments since past one year my complaint is yet to be addressed by the andheri service center.
Regret buying this brand.

I had purchased HCL me laptop at vasavi computers last year.the problem is when using my laps continues around 1 hrs cursor move automaticaly with out mouse or touch pad control.since after six months i buy.and also in my wi-fi bandwith.when switch to my laptop other will loose the signal.they can not able browse.please help me to resolve this problem.if you have need more information please do not hesitate to contact me.

Very Poor customer care service at HCL service center in Nehru Place.

I won't recommend anyone to BUY HCL TPs just because of poor service and had very BAD expernce.

You confirmed HDD has been delivered but they denied, when I went to the service center after almost a month.

I took my TP without (HDD & Keyboard) and its hard luck, my TP still not working. I need to find some local support to repair.

Center Manager is so unprofessional M/s Rashim Sharma that she don't care about customers, I was asked to pay 562/- and to provide the proof that HDD got delivered from you or to wait again till next week. I am doing official compaint, so that some improvement can happen.

And I strongly beleive, its not only me many more customers are being affected only daily basis.
Thanks for your help and please escalate this further, so such instances can be minimised.
