HDFC Bank — outstanding due to late fee

My name is Mr. SANJAY VITHALRAO DESHMUKH I had credit card no [protected] From your Bank In 2007 . I paid all the dues promptly. But still in
last transaction, your bank unnecessarily charged me late fee Which i refused to
pay Which was Rs 275/-& Then i found my name was in civile list, WHY ? Before doing such things, you have to refer the customer's previous record of repayments whether he delayed any kind of payment....
