[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Branch Shakarpur Delhi — Harassment to customers at Shakarpur branch | |||
Dear Sir, I want to lodge a complaint against the teller and the incharge Madam Nidhi. They are just wasting time talking to each other ignoring the customers. The customers are made to wait for at least one hour to deposit cash. Their irresponsible behavior should be a concern for HDFC Bank as the reputation it has earned over the years is being put to stake because of a few careless people. They are rude to customers and make fun of them. I hope some senior official reads the grievance and take necessary action so that the staff starts behaving in a professional manner.
