[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — Cash back hasn't activate on the account | |
Hello, At the time of taking a Credit Card the bank executive has told me that you will get the 1.5% cash back on your utility expenditure also you will get 5% cash back on your telephone (Landline and Mobile) bills. But till date it hasn't activated on my account. When I call to customer care they are telling that no such facility is available on your card. The executive name is Sudhir. When I am trying to contact him his phone number is not working. His phone number is [protected]. well the executive has made u fool as they have a target in a month to sell atleast 40 credit card than only they will get their salary, better u surrender ur card to bank and do not deal with them again
