Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I could not make payment at a time INR 135609.36, without any information they have hold my HDFC salary a/c and by their self auto debited all the amounts. after made complaint in consumer court then they have issued to use this salary a/c. but I have no faith further using this a/c hereafter.
Also, I have not used and they have temporarily blocked HDFC CC-[protected] services from June, 2013. every months they have added minimum 5000 interests in monthly billing.
I have only one way to request you to solve this matter.
I requesting you to kindly go through this matter and make plan for settlement without any interest from June, 2013 to yet.
I hope you will definitely solve this matter immediately.

I've had a similar issue and was harassed several times. Get this matter escalated to someone higher, I don't think people in the customer service, retail branch banking or the recovery guys understand the magnitude of your agony.
Customer victimization must stop!
