HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — wrong deductions | |||

I, would kindly like to put to your notice, that I was really shocked when I received the credit card bill for the month of JUNE ‘09’ in which the transaction of rs.1350/- is shown twice and which actually should have been only once, Since I lunch at the mentioned restaurant and had signed once.Hence, I would kindly request to please look into the matter and reverse the amt of Rs.1350/- till then I am paying the bill with Rs.1350/- less.

hi,This is shaik imran.
i'm a credit card holder of hdfc bank.i got my card in the month of june-08 and i used it in july-08. The card limit was 15k but recently i was shocked to see the payment due it is 33, 155.10.this is ridiculous how much they will charge for late payment on my card and moreover i didn't received even a single card statement whenever i'm asking they r saying tht" The courier company have delivered the statement every month" but i don't have a single month's statement...IF SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME OUT IN THESE THEY R WELCOME.PLZZZZZ HELP ME.
