I Vishal Tambe, Age 26 Yrs, residing at Eknath A/01, Anushakti Nagar, B.A.R.C.Colony, Sion Trombay Road, Mumbai 400 094 since last 4 year. I have credit card account with HDFC Bank (Credit Card No. [protected] in Chembur Branch Mumbai.

I got credit card limit up to amount Rs. 12, 000/- .
A/C.NO:[protected] Date of Birth :21st March 1983


Now I had No due with your Bank & My account is clear (you can check). Since last 2 years I had not taken any new credit card limit.

Now I am requesting you to give me fresh credit card (limit must be same) & Correspondence of Statement must be given on my Office Address Only i.e., M/s. Alakh Advertising & Publicity, 3-Cosmos Commercial Center, 2nd Floor, 3rd Road, Kahr (West), Mumbai 400 094. Tel :[protected]/26040227 & Mobile No :[protected].

Please note since last 2 yrs I had not operated my credit card because I Had broken my Credit Card wit 2 Pieces, so I am requesting u to give me the fresh CARD (Credit Card)

On date 27/11/09 I had talk with Credit Card Customer care & they informed me u need not to apply. Your application can be proceed. But since I want to change the Mailing address on my Office so he had told to write the letter to HDFC Credit Card Dept so that they can give the further Correspondence letter mailing on my Office Address.

Please note : The Fresh Credit Card & Correspondence letter must be give me on My Office Address Only. Since I am an old customer & you know that my outstanding had been clear on time. So I Request to give once more Credit Card Facility.
