i anurag agarwal, have an account in hdfc bank,r g complex,sec 9 rohini delhi 110085.according to bank policy my acco had minimum balance in every quarter,.even after that bank has deducted rs 827 +827 [two times] for not maintaining the minimun balance without any information. when i went for updation of my passbook ,i come to know this. i tried to talk to them, every time they said they r busy. please help me to sort it ,&reverse my hardearned money. this is a problem faced by large number of account holder. rbi should look into the matter and do something to stop this menace.
