[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank / Savings Bank Account — Negligency in the process of ISA

We are having a joint saving Bank Account at HDFC, Branch-Kolkata, Raghunathpur, Dhariwal House, On VIP, Kolkata-700059. Bearing Account No.[protected].
In the month of November' 08, we applied for extension/ processing of Investor Service Account for which from KYC also filled. Time to time the case was pursued by us & in the month of Jan, 09, your official at the branch informed that till date the KYC has not registered, however they will follow up the case and shortly the ISA account will be activated.
Today I personally met your official, they told me to resubmit the forms of KYC, then only the case of ISA could be processed.
My complaint, 1 Where the forms has missed, office has failed to show me any document
that the case was processed to the competent authority
2. Such type of Services is not expected from HDFC Bank.
3. It is expected to get an communication if any problem arises to our
application for ISA & KYC.
4. It requested to give a communication on the subject matter at & requested an early action on the matter

Sir, I am very proud to state that I am a customer of your Bank availing services and operating accounts for the several years from the opening of your main branch at Madurai, in Tamilnadu. So far I have moved with your Housing Loan Departments and arranged and availed loan to my son, son-in-law and also to my close relatives at Madurai. The treatment by your staffs are being also very cardial and casual and extrodinary when comparing other banks in madurai as far as my concern. Your bank is keeping all the departments/divisions/wings and variety of product and services are in one roof. Customers are coming with dreams and leaving the banks with hopes and happy. But I am ordinary loyal senior citizen of India is willing to have enhancement to my credit card limit upto a minimum of Rs. Fifty thousand and maximum of Rs. 1 lac. with insurance cover to the credit availed. In this regard, today on9.10.2009 at 1.21pm I contacted your customer care centre from your madurai main branch, they assured that it will be considered in a short span. Now, my credit card limit is Rs.12000/- I expect your immediate sanction, by doing so, I will close my other 2 credit cards. and keeping in use of your credit card for my regular use. I am having savings bank acoount at Tirupati branch ac.no:[protected] since five years in this regard you have debited Rs827.25 towards service charges on 6/1/2010.i deposited Rs10, 000 to the fixed deposit account (sweep account) on 29/4/2009 dep.acc.no:[protected] through my sb account.In this connection my SB account showing below avg balance.Hence I request you to kindly wave AQB condition. and recredit Rs.827.25 at early date.( ref.no:[protected] dated 7/1/2010) Thanking you

I having saving account with HDFC, In side the saving account a facility is there for mutual fund investment. That is called as ISA account in there term. I actived ISA option in 2007 april. As per terms and conditions, HDFC can charge Rs.100/- per year for this services. May be based on the mutual fund purchase they can charge the comission as entry load. Now the bank is charging Rs.110/- without our knowledge.Now I want to change my address of this account. I have checked with three branches in chennai (karapakam, perungudi, nanganellor) .No one is aware of the ISA account. They don't have any request forms on related to ISA account. I called up the customer care and check with them. No customer care executives aware of this ISA. Finally I came to know HDFC is supporting for ISA servies.I want to bring this to RBI attention. Yearly the HDFC bank is charging around Rs.500/- and no support is providing to there customer.
