[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Value Plus Credit Card — Credit Card cancellation & due payment
I am holding
HDFC Credit Card: [protected]
which I am not using since February and I have called to your Customer Care to cancel. Moreover, some amount is pending because I have paid the amount told by your customer care executive on duty, becuase I am not able to receive the bills on time, may be because of area or closed house etc. issues.
I also called about the 1 time settlement, but I can't understand everytime the amount is being increased, and has become almost double then the actual amount.
You can check my past record with the deals on the same credit card.
Why should I do such mistake and to pay more amount ?
I am quite surprised that no ONLINE CANCELLATION FACILITY is not available on your website. Because, your executives take so many follow ups and requests to get the Credit Card but no clarification about the meanings like (1) max. 50 Days limit (2) Surcharges (monthwise delay charges) (3) Cancellation procedure (4) Usage of card and benefits of reward points (5) Fuel surcharges etc. You take proofs and signature at the end of the form. Your executives not even provide time to read the terms in details.
This is my sincere request to immideately cancel my HDFC Bank (Value Plus) Credit Card Account No. : [protected]
on very urgent bases.
Also let me know the original amount (after taking back the additional charges) which should be paid from my side.
