[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — behaviour issues

i have a car loan from hdfc for rs. 4.00lacs for a term of 2years. i pay my installment from my cc account (sbi).its already been 1.5yrs i have been paying my installments. this march my cheque was returned unpaid because of some miss communication from the bank due to drawing power issue due to lack of documentation. when it came to my notice i called up the colection guy on around 10th march and requested him to represent the cheque, he was unaware of the cheque having bounced. as a result he represented the cheque upon my request. and on 28th of march i received a call from the collection department rourkela from miss. Rashmita jena who told me that they have presented the cheque back then but still it shows pending in their records and for sure it wasnt presented as per my bank records. further she asked me to pay the amount in cash. since i was a little low on cash.i replied that i am not in a position to pay and if she wants i can pay her on 3rd of april. but she kept on calling me over 40 times and when i said madam i have said a no of times i dont have money please dont harass me or else i[censored] want u may take away the car itself, she said- "car lene ka aukaad nahi hota hai car liye kyu paisa nahi hai toh" this kinda reply pissed me off as such a behaviour isnt expected from a representative from a banking gaint like hdfc. waiting for a reply at the earliest or else i'll have to unfortunately close all the saving and current account with hdfc if it treats its customers like this.

I am using HDFC bank account since last 2 years and u would not believe kind of services which i got.I really got fantastic services from your side.I have bank and credit card account with you.

Today( on 28th may, 09), when i went to one of your branch which is in sector 26 Noida .I want to change my signatures as i forgot my previous one which i did on my papers during opening of the account. and as i always forget my signatures i was trying to do the easiest one.Then one of your Personal Banker (Kiran walia) (Emp id-K-186) started behaving just like unprofessionals .I request her for the second form.she (very rudely)told me that "mam Please do it fast, i dont have much forms" .I think this is not the way to treat a customer.she was very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.
I would appreciate i[censored] teach her hw to deal a customer as customer dont know much abt your bank rules .U people are the one who act like mediator.

Kindly take some immediate action againt her as it is a sign of bad future for your company.As banks are just to help us.
