hdfc visa — regarding issue of password

my credit card was blocked during recharging the big tv subscribtion on line as i forgot my password. i telephoned to customer care on 18/3/2009 at 900 am to issue passwod and activate my credit card but i am still waiting for the same. requesting to issue the same at the earliest and oblige. thanking you .

VISA GOLD — No pin received till today

After several times of complaint i am unable to get the pin of my credit card due to which i am facing
trouble to check my credit limit

sir, my cust id;2774334.sir i am army pers so most of the time i have been out of my home loc.but by that time i was charged by som company.pls block my crdt card immediate.no transaction shoude be there untill i told u to do so thanks.

HDFC CREDIT CARDS — Did Not issue credit card

Hi,
I keep receiving credit card offers on my cell phone and even on my company extension. One such call one day was from HDFC for Women's Gold card. I was interested and hence applied for the same. At the time of application they tell us that it will take 3-5 working days. But this is never the case. An agent had come to my office and collected the signed application form. I had asked the agent to sign on my copy of the application form and also asked him to write down his mobile number. After that I started receiving calls for submitting income proof and address proof, which I did. I started receiving verification calls, and persons came to verify my address. The verification agent came down to my house and called me, he then knocked on my door and asked my mother to talk to me!!
After all this and a month of waiting I still didnt receive my credit card. Many weeks after I first applied for the card, I again got a call asking me if I wanted to apply for the Women's Gold card. When I told the person that I had already applied, they checked their systems and told me that they never received my application form. I then called the agent who had collected the application from me, and found out that the number he gave me is not valid.
Imagine my horror, some body has full knowledge of my income, my house, the people living in it and the timings when iam not available at home. HDFC bank has put me and my family at such a big risk. How can I ever trust them or for that matter any bank. How can they outsource their processes without even verifying the kind of people who are collecting information from their clients. Whom should I blame to be accountable for if anything untoward happens?
If any body reading this is from such banks or is a higher authority who can do something to change such practices please act on this complaint.

visa gold card — not to change the card

you have allowed the platinum card but we are not interested to take that we want the exist visa gold card
it self because when taking platinum card it is having high charge

The same thing happened with me also, the agent came to my office and insisted for the card at his all the visits to the office. since i had already applied for another credit card, i didnot apply for hdfc card. one day when he came i gave him the appln. signed. the earlier bank i refused for card at the time of their verification. i got my add.verification done, at least 10 calls to my office, everything. still i m waiting for my card, phone no by the agent is not correct. can v expect this from HDFC, a great institution. no...
should i wait for a reply for this...

You have blocked my crads for upgreadation on around 27 june but till date my new card is not recived even my july statement with new card number i engure about it in call center thay do not have proper answer to that, so take nessary action and sen the cards as early as possible

hdfc visa — late payment fee

I have the HDFC card no.[protected]. The due date of payment is normally 8 of every month, I drop the check before the due date. The late payment is charged everytime whereas I have other cards (Citi) they never charged even if the cheque is dropped on last due date.
Kindly clarify.

HDFC — regarding credit cards

I have shopping last two years hdfc credit card ,shopping is 26 thousand,i have pay 25 thousand (i have proof reciept) .hdcf bank 5000 thousand deceits my salary account.total pay 30 thousand.
last one year i have contact hdfc bank and said pls give me sattlement.
many many time call to bank he said ok u give me 5000 thousand your sattlement is ok.
last one year there is no responce.
one person call my home he very rough languge i am call patalia high court there have one complaint for your side.

Pls suggest me what can i do.
