[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — MISBEHAVIOUR OF COLLECTION AGENT BHUBANESWAR

Dear sir

I am holding credit card of HDFC Bank [protected] of name Anup Kumar Singh . As I was posted in Cuttack i had used the card the bank is telling I have overdue around 1 lacs without any statment. Since last 3 month a collection agent under manager Mr. Piyush Singh of Bhubaneswar Branch call at my mobile and at landline of my parental house and abuses in very filthy language. when i talked with him regarding dues he didnt came with clear picture he told you have pay this amount within this date and if you dont pay it will screw life of yours and your family. I told him I want to talk with his manger Mr. Piyush Singh of Bhubaneswar Branch but he didnt gave phone.
After this he call daily till 9.30 pm in night and abuses my parent in very filth language and tells no one can do anything to me and I will treat you like this till payment comes. He call form HDFC Bhubaneswar Branch from mobile number [protected] .

Hence rquesting you to please look into this matter and reslove with immediate effect as me and my family is in mental trauma just because of the guy from Bhubaneswar Branch

Credit Card — unjustified billing hence want to surrender

Sir,
I am a old subscriber. I paid dues regularly but your company charge penalty though i pay timely. Note my last cheque.my card no is [protected] and i paid cheque on 2/06/08 of Rs 6400/- which is excess amount than the dues and adjust all my credit with any penalty you charge. pl deactivate the card along with child card. And send me the bill i will pay the unjustified bill.

Credit Card — nuisance over phone

my statement date - 7th of every month.
nov 07 2008 statement claimed total outstanding of 1002.04
paid rs.1002 vide citibank chq.976790 dtd 25.11.08
sbi acknowledge reciept of payment on 27.11.08
next statement date 7th dec 08.
sbi credit card division chennai showers me with calls saying i have outstanding balance - despite me trying to explain to each and every person who calls me.
please put an end to this menace, or write to me if any error has creeped in from your side.

Credit Card — unjustified penalty due to poor service

This is to in form you that I am ussing hdfc credit card since last six months but my experience with hdfc is verry bad firstly there is no proper serVice to deliver statement on time i feel they used to delay to recover late payment purposely .
There is no resposible person to contact except call center.Callcenter representatives asked me to pay the purchase amt. then whatever surchases are on your statement will be reverted . But as of now after paying full purchase amt. they have not reverted it yet and also charging intrest on the same. This is there tectice to delay statement and charge excess. AFTER INTIMATION TO CALL CENTER THEY USED TO ASK FOR MINIMUM AMT. TO PAY . BUT ASPER THEM I USED TO PAY FULL AMT. EXCEPT MINIMUM DUE TO CLEAR MY DUES. Now around Rs.2000/- is on my head to pay which is not my actual surcharge. because of there late service this is over due who will be responcible for the same. Now I am very clear on the issue if they will not provide proper solution I am not going to a single paisa. also I AM LOOKING TO GO IN CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME . IT IS EXPECTED SOME RESPONCIBLE PERSON WILL TAKE INIATIVE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

HDFC Credit Card — Creating Nuisance over the Phone

Dear Sir,


Im getting the calls from HDFC Credit Card department about the due amount of card holder named Pothuri Murali. Actually, he is my long friend. I don't know that he gave my contact number without my acceptency. I don't know where is he? There is communicational gap between me and HDFC credit card department exevutives. But He gave my reference contact number in his account. He has to pay due amount to HDFC. May be he didn't pay. The recovery officers approaching me over the phone about due amount. I said so many times to them that i don't know about him. Phone number that i'm getting calls from [protected] ( Bombay ).

I kindly request you to please take an action or give me remidee for this situation.

Sub: Complaint Against HDFC Bank Credit Card Division

Dear Sir,


I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card, my credit limit was Rs.2, 38, 000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2, 38, 000/- to Rs.1, 77, 000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2, 77, 371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that, I have made excess payment against my used amount.

Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife, not only that, they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately, otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me, Is it a Reputed Bank ???

My Credit Limit was Rs.1, 77, 000/- and I have paid Rs.2, 77, 371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2, 77, 371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally. Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank . Is it a Reputed Bank ???

Due the tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, My wife is not well and she also feels very insecurity. Please help me and my family from HDFC Bank’s Credit Card nuisance.

Dear All,
This is to bring to your kind notice that HDFC Credit card collection deptt. of Bhubaneswar branch torturing and harassing customers both mentally and physically. This is not at all tolerable by a Bank of International repute. As far as payment is concerned the customer is paying late fee, interest fee, over due charges finance charges etc if payment is not paid within due date. If the customer is paying everything then why this harassment???????. If customer is failed to pay the money to bank then it should be presnted in proper legal forum to take suitable legal proceedings as per law but not this type of brutality or gundagardi to customers. This is democracy and as a citizen of a democratic country we are loosing all our rights and feels that there is no law and order. Please help us out.
