[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Regarding Credit Card Disclosure

I had taken a credit card from HDFC Bank in the year 2005. I had operated the card but as i was enjoying the credit facility for 45 Days but i had not received the bill of my credit card has i asked several times to customer care of the bank but they had not given proper feed back to us. As after some period of time i had agree to pay full & Final Settlement of Rs.16000/- against Cerdit Card Number[protected]. I had made the payment of the card & i hav received the offer letter from HDFC Bank as full & Final Settlement. How i can know that how to delete the name from CIBIL?

Subject :- For the accidental insurance claim HDFC Bank International Gold Card Mr Jitendra Sood no [protected].
It is requested that my husband Mr Jitendra Sood passed away on 09/08/2009 the death caused due In train accident at railway station Indore. HDFC Bank International Gold Card Mr Jitendra Sood no [protected] which is accidental covered under bank’s scheme .Please find related document as under :-
1. Death Certificate Original
2. Post Mortem Report
3. Police Verification(final) Report
4. Ticket
5. F.I.R.copy
6. I.D. Proof Nominee (Sangeeta Sood) / Address Proof
7. Credit Card Issuance Proof
Kindly as per rule settle the accidental insurance claim of HDFC Bank International Gold Card of Mr Jitendra sood .
