Hi M name is Kulpreet Singh.
I have applied an credit card from HDFC Bank, but Bank not issue me credit till now. after filling the forms 2-3 time still bank not issue the card, and not define any reson that why my application no get processed.
they just refuse my case without any reson. I have to do some Online purchasing thats why i need an credit card so i have applied 2-3 times.
Now this is very harrasing me mently. i feel like a bank defaulter now.
pls get it close as soon as bank can.

Hello Sir,
This a complaint against HDFC Credit Card query reference number [protected].
I've been doomed by Customer service of HDFC CC. From past 1 month I'm unable to register my credit card to Net banking services of HDFC Bank. So I sent a complaint regarding this. This customer service people are unhelpful and they are providing me unhelpful solution.
They are informing me to enter correct details to login to my Net banking and unregistered my previous lost correct and register a new cc with correct details. I already informed them that although I've unregistered my old cc and providing correct details to register for my new CC its still giving me error.
And that people are again replying to enter correct details. Please look into this as they are unhelpful for new and take unnecessary actions against it.

I have hdfc bank account no. is [protected] and customer ID 3262977. after expiry my debit card the new debit card has been sent by the bank in 2007. but till date I have not got my 4 digit ATM CODE. Please advice me or help me how I may be able to get the Debit card ATM 4 digit code for withdraw the cash from ATM.
