[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — freezing of my savings account without prior notice

Dear Chakrabarty,

I do face this problem now. Holding the funds, without any notice. Now, they say, whatever funds i have in my account will be transferred to HDFC cards, for which, i should go to their branch & sign a debit letter. Failing which, they themself will transfer the funds without my concern.

I learnt that among all these banks, HDFC is most cheating bank.

Some one from RBI / Government of India seeing this should ban banks like HDFC.

Credit Card — restore the service of credit card after payment of outstanding amt

This is in regarding to my Credit Card # [protected]. The credit card account outstanding was 20687 by me,i have already paid 1100,1880 respectively on month on month base and ready to pay rest amt but they (hdfc bank) have frizzed my a/c [protected] as i could not pay the two installments and total installment due is 2930 .the a/c balance is 7250 .and my total outstanding is 20678.i am ready to pay all the amt but i need to get service of credit card after paying the rest outstanding amt.if not what will be the settlement process possible as my principle amt is only 16000,

Please help the needful as soon as possible

I had an arrangement set with my previous hdfc account regarding credit card,i have been paying for that arrangemet since sep,however i have another account with HDFC which is my salary account, HDFC had deducted my all salary of 23950 without any intimation, or information.I had not athourized or signed any contract for direct debit.I have been also regulary paying in my previous credit card account but still you have ceased my salary account.Had i been informed about this i would arranged fund.I have some medical issues for whihc i need immediate cash or else my health (Dental) would get worse.I can provide with the required medical documents for the same.I would request you to kidly release my salary as soon as possible.I have been and would be regularly paying for my different account.HDFC should not take money without intimating the account holder because people have diiferent circumtances which they are not aware off.
