[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Collections Calls and misbehaviour | |
Hi, My name is Loveleen Bansal. I hold a credit card with ur bank (Card Number:- [protected]) I never made any transaction using this card. I only made one transaction which is with Globus for Rs 5000 in Mumbai. I am gtting lots of collectin calls stating that i have not made any payments from past 2 months, i am not making payments as i have not made these transctions. Collection dept ladies were very rude and using abusive language as they want me to pay. I told them that i have already written so any complaints as i have not made these transactions..but they are not ready to listen to me. I have tried expliang them lots and lots of time but no body is ready to help. I have also called Customer service as wellas written mails to HDFC to raise a dispute in regards to the transaction but no response from their side. Please look into the matter as you people SHOUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS AND USE ABSUVIE LANGAUGAE BUT NOT READY TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Please call me on [protected]..i will not pay as i have not made these trasnctions. Collections ladies told me that they will be issuing notice towards me.. The collection agencies are the real frauds of the country. I am going to stop my accounts on HDFC bank and my relatives, friends credit cards. The person from collection agency(Gundas, rowdies) misbehavior done all this .
Only for one month pending i got the first call from these stupids and not from the bank authorities. I am shamed of what they used words over phone.
Warning: to HDFC these rowdies may collect you 40% of credit from the customers. But the 60% of your genuine customers will stop banking with U just keep in mind...

I miss Amita Sarvade holdind a women gold card no [protected] i[censored] check in your records i have been paying all my bills regularly before time, i m working in insurance industry and due to some personal problem i m job less at present, and so i was not able to pay my bill this time.
The tellecaller sakshi has called me i said madam i was not able to pay because i have financial problem i will pay the bill next month, but she insist me for payment, and also suggested to borrow money and pay the dues, i agreed and said i will try
but she started calling on regular basis and i said i will pay next month along with all the charges which ever is applicable but she said no you have to pay it right now, other wise i m sending your name in CBILL and next day she called up and said i m sending a person at your palce for collection,
the collection executive came, and started asking for money from my younger brother (age 15) who was at home,
i m not a fraud to send my name to cbill nor i have refused to pay my dues, i m ready to pay but need some time for payment,
I M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT AND DEFINATELY SUGGEST EVERY ONE " DONT DEAL WITH HDFC"
