[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Abusive language used by the company 's executive

I have got a call from HDFC credit card exectuvie who offered me a gold card.

I got interested in the card, gave the necessary douments and the required details like DOB, Address and PAN number etc but unfortunately she missed on asking my designation.

This female executive named Meenu who is working with Rajouri Garden Branch left a voice mail on my official number and i was shocked to hear that. I have the copy of that wav voice mail left over by this HDFC Executive which I can share.

It was really dissapointing to hear this voice mail. These executives like Meenu have given a bad name to HDFC.

HDFC Credit Card — Rude & Abusive Language by executive

This is to inform that I am a credit card ([protected]) holder of your bank. Yesterday I received a call from your executive Arunesh (if this is the correct name told to me) from phone no.[protected] who was so abusive in his conversation with me and has even threatened me in very offensive language. He went up to the extent o[censored]sing abusive language against my wife as well.

Now if this is the way you expect customers to pay their dues then I believe going to the court is a better idea than getting humiliated by your executives. This kind of behavior from such a reputed bank in service industry is very shocking
I have a salary A/c with your bank and am using your card for a long time. I have been making complaints again and again for not receiving my credit card statements on time but still when I don’t receive my statements for two months and make a complaint only then a copy of statement is sent to me with unnecessary interest added to my dues.

I told your executive that I wanted to understand all my dues and discuss about the interest being charged for not receiving statements regularly but he was so abusive and inhuman that I am forced to make this complaint to you.

I don’t deny paying my outstanding to the bank but before that I insist that I should get an apology from the same executive for his inhuman behavior and then would like to discontinue your services along with the mentioned credit card.

I m Doing this Complaint Against the HDFC Credit card Recovery department:

I holding creadit card of Hdfc From last 1 year i had taken loan on it and i m paying my creadit cards EMI regularly but by mistake i fail to pay my last to EMI i was not avialable here to pay that 6 days before i got call from creadit card recovery department to pay my EMI i said ok i will pay my minimum AMNT Due and i had given him chq of ICICI bank of Rupee 3800 the chq is PDC dated 15.07.08 but on 13.07.08 i called that HDFC guy(Rajiv) and said him please dont deposit the chq but that person is not there somebody called Rajesh is there he said ok i will inform rajive hi will not deposit the chq. but on 17 july i got SMS that your chq has bounce i called up that guy but no one is taking the phone then on 19 july i got call from rajiv we had a long discusion on that chq bounce i said i had already informed you about the chq then also you have deposited the chq he said that i dont know why you had bounce that chq. then after long discustion he is not ready to listen me and then i said i will complain abt this to police he then said me "CHUTIA" you will complaint to police i will show you then

i am ready to give them money but is this is this is way to talk with any body he use word CHUTIA His number is [protected] Rajiv

Sir i m requesting you to please take seroius action on this.
