[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — TAKEN MONEY BUT NOT SETTLE MY ACCOUNT

I WAS HOLDING A CREDIT CARD OF HDFC BANK WITH CARD NUMBER ENDING WITH 5333 .I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT AS THE BANK WAS DEMANDING RUPEES FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND BUT LATER THEY GET READY TO SETTLE IT IN TWENTY THOUSAND RUPEES (20,000) IN FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT IN TWO SHOTS OF RUPEES TEN THOUSAND EACH(10000/).A LETTER DATED 20/07/09 WAS GIVEN TO ME AND WITH RECEIPT NUMBER:4697120 AND 4772907 WITH DATED 28/07/09 AND 28/08/09.NOW THE BANK SEND ME AGAIN A NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY 37000/ RUPEES MORE OR YOU CAN SETTLE IT ONCE AGAIN AND THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE LETTER BECOMES INVALID AS YOU HAVE GIVEN YHE PAYMENT IN TWO SHOTS.

I AM VERY FED-UP FROM THE BANK PERSON WHO KEEP ON TORCH ER ME AND MY FAMILY BY CALLING ,MISBEHAVING AND BY SENDING NOTICE.


I AM NOT IN THE POSITION TO GIVE A SINGLE PYE TO BANK .SO KINDLY HELP ME FOR THE SAME.RGDS ANURAG [protected].

I WAS HOLDING A CREDIT CARD OF HDFC BANK WITH CARD NUMBER ENDING WITH 4346 XXXX XXXX 5700 .I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT AS THE BANK WAS DEMANDING RUPEES SEVENTY THOUSAND BUT LATER THEY GET READY TO SETTLE IT IN FIFTY THOUSAND RUPEES (50000) IN FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT.A LETTER WAS GIVEN TO ME AND WITH RECEIPT NUMBER:NOW THE BANK SEND ME AGAIN A NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY 67000/ RUPEES MORE OR YOU CAN SETTLE IT ONCE AGAIN AND THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE LETTER BECOMES INVALID AS YOU HAVE GIVEN YHE PAYMENT IN TWO SHOTS.
