[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card account closed long back. Require No Due certificate from the Bank.

Dear Sir,

I have closed my HDFC Card no:[protected],
before 2 month as per the conversation with Hdfc agents, and after 2-3 month again i am getting calls from HDFC saying that you have not settle your account, even i got that settlement letter manually sign by Mr.Santosh Kumar P.B, Emo no:84689.
i would request you to sent me the final settlement letter of my account,

The person calling me from HDFC Credit Card dept, He should know that how to sepak with customer, they dont even know that how to talk, and they are called employee of HDFC Bank,
Please mind it!!!
