[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Not refund my money back | |
Hello Team, My name is Gaurav Sharma, working in Gurgaon. I have used my HDFC bank debit card for a transition on Bhagwati Departmental Store, Sector 17- Gaurgaon (Haryana), on 1st Nov 2009. That transition was failed due to communication failure. The amount of 1526 has been deducted from my account, but merchant said he didn't get that payment. Hdfc bank said we have already given that amount to merchant. Till today I haven’t get my money back its 2 and half month have been passed to my transition. Every time once in a week I launch a complaint to Hdfc bank. You can check a reference number 'HBL=[protected]'. I am attaching a screenshot of my account number.
