I cant understand how the business goes on without the customer satisfaction.
I am having the same complain mentioned above.Apart from that, working with the full time job we never have the time to deal with all these stuffs. I think i should choose some better banking services. I am also having the gift cards from Axis bank that works with no complaints and if i stuck somewhere i have the customer care center no of the Axis bank that has helped me each time in the correct manner.
My gift card of HDFC contained 5000 Rs. out of which i hardly would have used 1500 Rs. And now
whenever i present the card it shows me non working/declined. Situation not only put me in trouble but also in the matter of shame two times.The expiry date of the card has yet to come.

I have also gaced this situation twice.Some 6-8 months back, my son has gifted me a Giftplus HDFC BANK VISA card which he got from his company.Due to my shifting from Delhi to Mumbai during this period I could not use it immediately. Now during last one month I tried to use it for shopping in Mumbai but the transaction has been denied. I was shocked and embarrased .The details of the card are ;

I request HDFC to look into the matter immediately and arrange to revoke the transactions on this card...
An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I have received a Gift Plus Card from my corporate for my performance.
I Could not login with the prepaid details. Says that the LoginId / Password is invalid.
When i tried to contact the customer care division they told me they will be transferring my call to the respective division.
After a few seconds the call gets cut down.
Do those think we have plenty of time to wait or recall them.
Very Bad service.

My daughter gifted me a gift plus card.(Visa)I purchased items and there is a balance of about Rs 1200/or so. I gave it at two three shops but they returned saying it is declined. Can u let me know.
1) How to check whether any balance is there? How much?
2) Why the card is declined in shops/
3 I contacted nearest HDFC bank but they told that I have to contact corporate office. But there is no proper response from people there as they cut off the phone three occasions.
4)Card is valid till 03/16.
5) If you send your response I can send the card number.

I have ordered GiftPlus card from HDFC Net Banking @ 14 march 2016. Today is 1April. i did not get any mail/call/message of the status of the card application. While ordering they deducted 10000/- and additionally 100/- for processing. but i did not get the status only for 16 days. i contacted the bank and they asked me to call to customer care. the customer care number for gift card is not working moslty.
my situation is "the amount i ordered is belongs to a group of friends for a friend's marriage. Since i tried this card, we could not give the the gift on time and also i am struggling to get money back. after long days, i got customer call connected and made a complaint. they told me to wait for 7 days to update my complaint. later, i should wait for another 30 days to get my money back. They are telling this is the hdfc gift card policy.
So, i am waiting for their call and i suggest to all that give the money for loan to somebody instead of buying the HDFC gift card. you can save ( processing fees+ interest for 2 months ). example: for 50000: 1%(500) and 2%(1000)*2 = totally (2500) can be saved. additionally phone call charges...

My hdfc gift card plus is about to expire and I am not able to get the exact amount remaining .Please help in the same.shops are declining for transactions.

I have purchased gift card of INR 10, 000/- via HDFC net banking, which was to be delivered in Delhi .
I am based out in Mumbai and have bought the same to be delivered to my friend, it is been more than a month and same is not delivered.
How do I check the status or kindly let me know what to be done next.
