HDFC Bank — direct bank debit | |
dear sir i have saving account in HDFC bank. i received letter from the bank that my account has become dormant a/c because i have not done any transaction for long time., so now i can't do anything in this account without making it normal account by doing any transaction, either withdraw or deposit. So i withdrawn money from my account. then after few days bank sent the statement in which they have directly debited Rs. 100 for dormant account activation. bank has never informed us before debiting our account directly. My a/c[protected]. was debited with rupees 2045 in month of Jan 2008. It was debited by ECS code, but i have not signed any document with any bank. That ECS transation done by HDFC on behalf of HSBC bank. But HSBC has been checked by their end, stating that, HSBC has not sent this a/c for ECS. So please do needfull.
