[Resolved] HDFC Bank — abbusive behaviour of staff | |
Hi, its Dinesh Talreja I am hereby complaining about the abbusive behaviour.Staff in the HDFC bank is not proper.The girl named Priya, i don't know in which branch but her cel number is [protected].That girl don't know how to talk with customers.She talked with my mom about our settlement of installments of our loan but the actual truth was that she was not knowing about our installments and was blaming that we had not paid a single installment.But the truth is we had not paid just this month's (october 2008) installment.But her way of talking was very bad.She was blaming my dad as a THIEF.But the truth is our record in the bank is well and good. I am closing here by requesting the bank to take the strict action against that girl and satisfy us.Otherwise we will be forced to take some other legal actions aginst her which will not be good for the reputation of the WHOLE BANK.IF BANK NEEDS TO INFORM US ANYTHING THEN I AM SENDING SOME OF MY CELL NUMBERS i.e [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
