[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Credit Card Collection Department — Collection guys is using abusing language

Hi,

I have a cc of HDFC bank, There is overdue of 2 month amount over me. I am getting call from Naresh ([protected]) collection agent of hdfc bank. He is abusing. I am ready to pay settlement amount but he is asking for full payment. Can anyone tell how can I complaint about him for using abusing language.. I want to file a case against him.

And also suggest the minimum amount to pay for 40, 000 overdue for settlement.

Can anyone tell how can I complaint about him for using abusing language.. I want to file a case against him. I told him that i want to pay the whole amount within a week, he told me that teri aukhat hi nahin hai saali, tu kya pay karegi.maine kaha kaise baat kar raha hai thik sebaat karo usne muje kaha teri jaisi ladkiya sadko par bahut ghumti hai tere 4-5 boyfriend hai unse lekar de, maine kaha muje executive se baat nahin karni hai tum apne boss ka no do usne kaha tu to exective se bhi baat karne ke layak nahin hai tu kya boss se baat karegi, jareer aurat teri aukhat hi kya hai. Being a girl i want to know what i have to do or what not . I am doing case against him in consumer court and fir and in newspaper.

I AM MRS. M. ANNAPURNA CREDIT CARD HOLDER OF HDFC BEARING NO. [protected]. YOUR OFFCIALS CALLED SOMANY TIMES AND REQUESTED TO TAKE THE CREDIT CARD AND THEY TOLD YOUR CREDIT LIMIT IS RS. 1, 00, 000/-. MY HUSBAND ALSO TOLD TO TAKE THE CREDIT CARD. AFTER RECEIVING THE CARD I PURCHASED WORHT OF RS. 35568.90 FROM 09-03-10 TO 04-04-10.

ON 13-04-10 I HAVE PURCHSED FOR APPROX. OF 15, 000/- WORTH AND GIVEN THE CARD FOR PROCESS, BUT IT IS NOT ACCEPTING. I HAVE RETURNED THE GOODS TO SHOP OWNER. " IT IS A SHAME FOR ME ". I NEVER EXPECTED OF THIS SITUTION.

ON 15-04-10 RECEIVED THE SATEMENT FROM YOU Ref No.[protected]L0042002 FOUND ONLY RS. 40, 000/- IS CREDIT LIMIT. THIS IS UNFAIR FROM YOUR SIDE.

YOU WOULD HAVE INFORM INTIALLY CREDIT LIMIT.

I AM VERY SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT I WANT CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD, KINDLY HELP ME THE PROCDURE.

I REQUEST YOU TO INFORM YOUR OFFCIALS NOT TO CHEAT OTHER CUSTOMERS, LIKE ME.

TO-DAY I AM DROPPING MY TOTAL AMOUNT DUE IS RS. 34, 532.58 BY CHEQUE NO. 032031 DT. 16-04-10 OF AXIX BANK LTD, BALANAGR BRANCH, HYDERABAD.
