I am hdfc corporate card holder. One month back I was looking for credit limit enhancement option in my net banking portal but i clicked on card enhancement which is unintentional as both options resemble same meaning from customer perspective.
Without any confirmation step new credit card got delivered in two days.
After the stmt generated i came to know that it is non-corporate card and Rs 560 got deducted for yearly charges.
Iam worring not because of money deducted but bank should inform terms conditions to the customers before delivering card.
When i called to customercare they accepted their fault and ended call with sorry.
Could you tell me how i can get this escalated?
