HDFC Bank — debited amount twice

I have purchased a mobile from a shopping mall on[protected] by using my HDFC bank debit card. that amount was debited from my account on the same time. after 19 months same amount debited from account suddenly, when I call HDFC bank customer care I was told that amount was not debited from my account on[protected], so they have taken money from my account after 19 months. they didn't even inform me before they took money from my account.

please advice me how can I proceed on this....
