Hello Sir, I want to complaint against HDFC for charges more and more in Credit card. I am a user of HDFC Credit card for last 3 years. First time my credit limit was 15000 rupees.. I was spending for shoping and paid my dues in time.. But Once i was spend for near about Rs 7000 which include Rs. 5000 of cash withdrawal and near about Rs.2000 for shoping. I was paid regularly for my dues.. But i was failure to paid for 2 months due to i was suffering an accident.. But after that i got a letter that my credit limit decrease from Rs.15000 to Rs. 11000. Still i feel its ok. After @ months again i started paying dues but they charged more amount as they told me ur dues increased as over limit.. Still i was continuing paying. But problem is that Now they told me that my dues are near about Rs.19000. As i aid lots of time. as i spend only for Rs. 7000.. I think i already paid more than my spending amount. But still they are telling due to interest and charges your payment amount is now Rs 19000.. How can i do for it.. If i ll paid 2000 per month , then on next month they send me a bill as near about same as before bill.. They are charging more about Rs.2000 per month.. I dont think its possible to pay more and more i spend.. Tell me what can i do for it..Its not possible to pay more.. I think why should i pay if they r charging more and more after paying.. I have been issued with a credit HDFC card numbered [protected].
I have made late payment for my outstanding dues of Rs. 660/- in the recent past. However my latest dues are Approx. Rs. 2000/-+ the details of which are not known since I have a transferable job and my mailing address is of PUNE.
I hope there is no annual fee for the card.
Presently the credit facility on my card has been disabled.
May I know the solution for resolving this issue ?

credit card bill — i have not received credit card & why you charged Rs.2000/- in my bill.

in my bill new card amount Rs.2000/- charge is totally wrong .
you have not issued to me a new credit card. my first card is jam & locked in your ATM machine.I have two times complains for this matter to you in customer care. new debit Rs.6287.19 i must not pay to you & Rs.2000/-.Please cancell Resot scheme i dont want to get 8 days & 7 nights scheme.otherwise I can not Pay Bill.

HDFC — charging more on credit card

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of HDFC bank .
Problem: I have gold master card.. I had purchased worth rs 900/- in the mar 26th 2009. The interest rate is 3.25 - 3.5% on the card. Late fee charges is Rs 350.
I have paid dues in the month of october(around 15 th).. (almost after 6 months)

so, @ 3.5 % interest = 900 + 31.5 + 32.6 + 34 + 36 + 38 = 1074.
late fee charge = 1074 + 350 = 1430

BUT,THEY HAVE CHARGED ME RS. 3700.
How can they charge so much?? Do they charge late fee of Rs 350 every month?? how much will they charge for service??

Excess charge — Excess Charged

In my current statements Feb 2010 on dated 10/02/2010 and transaction amounting to Rs. 1440 has been debited that I did not made. I request to please clarify this and credit the amount same in my card.

First of all thanks for your reply.. I did not get any hard copy ya soft of my bill till last one year.. i just get a message on my mobile..Please tell me what i have to do as soon as possible.. I am very much disappoint for this.. I did not do any trasanction for last 1 and half year.. But still i got more and more bill...

I was used for shoping and paid credit card used amount. I have not recd. the credit card bill in right time so in that cases paid the payment after due dated. The abvoe card has blocked from May'2012. In present time I am not used any credit card. HDFC has every month late fee charge & surcharges charged. Total amount has charged Rs. 23000/- you know this amount is late fee & surcharges.

But problem is that Now they told me that my dues are near about Rs.23000. No any credit amount is due in our side still know.I think i already paid more than my spending amount. But still they are telling due to interest and charges your payment amount is now Rs 23000.. How can i do for it. . I dont think its possible to pay more and more i spend.
