MORE THAN 15 DAYS THEY HAVEN'T SENT MY CHEQUE

I canceled my policy long time back the said they will provide me a cheque within 10days but till now i did'nt get my cheque and the HDFC LIFE persons in chennai are giving me wrong information that cheque has been sent...HDFC LIFE is cheating me from the begining....Why they are giving fake information and for what they are doing like this.???
