Myself Sankar Dey, working in Indian Navy (Military, central govt.), posted at Vizag. i was needed Rs. 6 lacs home loan for purchasing flst costing Rs. 10 lacs at Kolkata. i paid Rs. 1,50,000 to the seller and prepare sale agreement valid till 27 Jul 2013. The sales team HDFC Bank called me and offer home loan and asked for documents. The sales representative Mr. Raju Sonaka e-mailed for the required document (print screen of email is attached). i had provided all the above mentioned documents. but in the next stage of loan processing Miss. Rupali called me from[protected] and asked for some more document; these are (i) TO WHOM SO EVER from my unit with office stamp on my photo, (ii) my a/c statement from where i will pay the rest of the amount. i also provided all these documents by 18 Jul 2013. but after providing all these additional document today (20 Jul 13) i got call from HDFC loan granting dept (HDFC Home Loans,Jeevandeep Building, 3rd Floor, Middleton Street, Kolkata- 700071, West Bengal, Ph: [protected]) that i need some more document to submit, these are (i) from where i got other Rs. 2,50,000 (ii) declaration of the person who given me the money etc.
my grievances are why all the documents are not asked initially. it is a harassment for me, that at every stage they are asking for new documents. they are creating a mental pressure on me which is adversely effecting on my service.
