HDFC is not able to give the porper service to the customer the reason is.
I Applied in the month of May for loan as nashik (as property at Nashik) with the processing fee and documents after one month HDFC rejected my application stating that I have to apply at kalyan branch as I am residing at Kalyan.
Applied at kalyan branch in the month of June ( Documents & processing fee cheque collected directly from nashik branch. Only asked to fill the new form).
Sanctioned the loan, recd. SMS on Mobile.
Till date I have not received the hard copy of Sanctioned Letter by courier/post ( Xerox of Sanction letter collected personally from kalyan branch)
Submitted all the required documents at kalyan branch. Kalyan branch forwarded it to nashik branch for legal & technical verification.
Nashik branch asked to submit fresh documents three Times ( Different-different Document asked by bank every time)
Submitted all the documents in the month of Nov. at nashik branch.
Now the thing is this till date I have not received any posotive feedback from kalyan branch. While enqiring at branch, today the executive of branch told me to collect the file from branch as they are not able to give the loan due to some internal problem ( Engineer is not taking responsibilty to create the property in their system)
Please do the needful if possible
