[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — HR POLICIES OF THE BANK

I am the ex-employee of the bank. But I totally disappointed the HR practices followed by the HDFC Bank Ltd specially in Gujarat State. HR personnels are not neutral. What they thought during the induction programmme relationg to processes and procedures that every employee of bank should follow were not implemented in Branch of Navsari-0135.

There is no process adherence at Navsari-0135 branch whether it is in area of a/cing opening time period, locker operation, record maintance, customers did not receive the F/D and R/D receipt from directly.

Auditors were not submit the neutral report for bank audits to respective cluster and zonal heads.

Branch did not follow the 7:30 pm, bank closure time.

HR personnel did not send a mail or letter relating to employee profile change main within the branch.

There is communication gap between the Employee and HR personnel. some of the HR personnel think that senior officer are always are rights.

THEN MY QUESTION IS "WHY THEY SELECT FRESH EMPLOYEES TO THEIR ORGANISATION, WHEN SENIORS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT?

ITS MY REQUEST TO RBI, MR. ADITYA PURI AND MR. THOMSON SIR (ZONAL HEAD-GUJARAT) TO INTERVENE IN RECRITMENT, SELECTION, TRANSFER WITHIN THE BRANCH OR IN OTHER BRANCH OF EMPLOYEES, GAMES PLAYED BY SUPERVISORS, WORKING HOURS OF BANK. EMPLOYEE GROUPING WITHIN THE BRANCH.

When some of the employees want to follow the neutral procedures of bank, there is always a problem. I also passed through this stage.

Though i resigned from the bank. I dropped this complaint because more or less, few employees are face this problem. but they did not have any other earning means, they did not to raise their voice.

If this is going on, ethical employee will not survive in this type of working environment and it may possible that Bank will loose his-her valuable Human Asset.

HR policies of the HDFC bank Ltd specially at a Ahmedabad HR policies are not neutral.
HR personnel send the new joinees to any branch without informing the each and every staff of the branch where the training is going to be provided by the branch staff.
HR personnel did not issue the transfer letter to any employee within the or outside the branch transfer.
HR personnel listen the any query regarding any employee from only supervisors point of view. No two communication between junior level employee and HR personnel.

At Navsari-0135 branch, there is lots of politics. They did not follow the RBI guidelines in some areas which are very crucial from the banking regulation perspective,

its my request to RBI governor-Subbarao, Mr. Aditya Puri and Mr. Thomson Sir (Zonal Head-gujarat), please take the corrective actions.
