HDFC Bank — Salary account not activated

Hello,
I have submitted my documents for the openning of salary account on 23rd August 2010.
My account is still not activaited. Today being the 10th working day on 03 september 2010.

Kindly look into the matter because even till now I am not having any confirmed response till when my account will be activated.
