[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Loan Settlement Issues

This is to bring into you kind notice that I Ankur Vij was having two Personal Loan Acc No[protected] and 14637459 from your HDFC Bank.I received a call from HDFC Bank Chandigarh to settle down my Loan Account[protected] and as agreed I started paying the installments as per your bank manager. • Rs 2500 in Cash on 30/11/2010 • Rs 2500 in Cash on 30/12/2010 • Rs 1000 in Cash on 31/01/2011 After these 3 payments in Feb 2011, Your bank manager told me to pay for the other Loan Acc[protected] as it has more dues and they told me for the final settlement of this loan in Rs 28000.So as agreed a settlement letter was issued with Serial no-200222 on 23 Feb 2011 in 2 installments of Rs 14000 Each against which first installment was given by me Rs 14000 in Cash on 28 Feb 2011 and on the time of second installment ie. In March 2011, they told me that sir you have given 14000 for this account, so there is some amount entered in this account, we will setlle it down after sometime, now you give us the payment for previuos account and as agreed I paid Rs 5000 in cash on 9 Apr 2011. And then they raised a final settlement of Acc no[protected] on Rs 8700 on 18 jul 2011 against which I paid full and final settlement amount of Rs 8700 in cash on 23 jul 2011. After that there was no communication from your bank regarding the previuos loan settlement status inspite of regular talks. Then I shifted to Delhi from Chandigarh and there was one manager from your bank in chandigarh used to call me and told me about the loan amount pending. I raised her the same issue but she was unable to solve the problem and told me that she will again raise a settlement letter but all in vain. Now in the month of September, your HDFC people again called me and said that you have not paid you loan and have to pay 64000 dues and after so many conversations they told me to pay Rs 30000, I have the concern that when I was paying you regularly that time your people to fulfill their internal targets misused my money accordingly to different loan accounts…this should not happen with anybody and now you are asking me to pay huge amount for your faults, . When you people have raise a settlement letter they should have added payments in that account only inspite of diff accounts… Please look into this matter and give some proper solution
