[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — make it gramin bank..no where close to icici..

I had changed the renew instruction(that credit back the whole amount) last month.-two fd’s linked to my saving account cust no. 34066408
But i had gone to one branch in Bangalore,indiranagar
They says your FD has been auto renewed.
But my FD is not seen in my netbanking account.

I will raise a complaint in consumer court.
I needed that money.
They don’t know anything about banking and customer relationship, Indiranagar Branch Bangalore




For this thing I wasted my whole day at that branch.
Later they told its been auto renewed….do they use some their own database ?

They didn’t got back with any solution also, as informed by them that they will.

Please tell them to be ready with checkDD so that I can collect the maturity amount without they wasting my time.
