[Resolved] HDFC Bank — New card not delivered & Old card is retained by the ATM machine | |||
I upgraded my existing easy shop titanium debit card to easy shop platinum debit card. I received a PIN mailer a few days ago saying that the card will be delivered to you in 7 business days. Today I went to the ATM (camelot layout, kondapur) to withdraw cash, but the machine retained my card. Now i don't have neither my old card nor my new card. In short, I have no cash. I can't travel, I can't eat. This is really poor on the part of HDFC Bank, who claims to be the Asia's no.1 bank!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
