[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — NON REFUND OF DUES

I AM HAVING A DEFENCE SALARIED ACCOUNT WITH HDFC/CENTURION BANK FOR LAST 12 YEARS WITH FEELING OF A GOOD RELATIONSHIP. I WAS IN NEED OF RS 10 LAKHS HOUSING LOAN FOR PURCHASE OF A PLOT AT JAIPUR. I CONTACTED HDFC LTD AT ITS MUMBAI'S CUSTOMER CARE FOR HOUSING LOAN AND ADVISED TO DEAL WITH JAIPUR BRANCH CONTACT NOS PROVIDED TO ME. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH MR SOURABH ([protected]) AND MR. SENGUPTA [protected]). ON THEIR INSTRUCTIONS HAVING BELIEF IN HDFC I WAS SUGGESTED TO APPLY IN PNS SCHEME AND WAS INFORMED EVEN IF I OPT TO WITHDRAW THE APPLICATION IN FUTURE ONLY NOMINAL CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CHEQUE OF RS 7179. I WAS IN COMMUNICATION WITH PERSONS MENTIONED ABOVE AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT A PROPERTY BEFORE SANCTIONING OF LOAN i.e. on 29 AUG 13. MY EARLIER SMS TO NO [protected] (HDFC LTD EMPLOYEE) DT 29 JUNE IS A PROOF THAT I HAVE SELECTED PROPERTY BUT MISGUIDED TO PNS SCHEME SUGGESTING NO DIFFERENCES. INSTEAD INFORMING PROFITS OF SIX MONTHS VALIDITY. AS THE PROPERTY SELECTED BY ME WAS NOT AS PER NORMS OF HDFC BANK LTD TO SANCTION A LOAN, AND DESPITE REQUEST TO HDFC REALITY SEEING MY AVAILABITY AT JAIPUR IN FIRST AND SECOND WEEK OF SEP 13. BUT NO RESPONSE. SEEING NO HELP FOR HDFC LTD, I WAS FORCED TO PAY MANGLAM BUILDER FROM WHOM I HAVE PURCHASED THE PROPERTY AT MY OWN. AFTER THIS WHEN I APPLIED FOR REFUND OF RS 7179 IN SECOND WEEK OF SEP 13, AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS THEY PROMISED TO TRY THEIR LEVEL BEST AND REVERT BACK WITH POSITIVE RESPONSE TO ME 3 DAYS, HOWEVER SEEING NO RESPONSE I CONTACTED AFTER SEVEN DAYS BUT IT WAS NOT PROCESSED. NOW I AM TRYING TO CONTACT THE PERSON BUT HE IS NOT ANSWERING MY CALL ????? SO MAY I REQUEST THE AMOUNT TO REFUNDED BACK TO ME. REGARDS, BAJARANG JAKHAR LOAN FILE NO[protected]
