HDFC Bank — OVERCHARGES OF CREDIT CARDS

Dear Sir, My Credit card no [protected] recd sms to pay Rs. total Due 23509.44 & minimum Due Rs.1629.60. Still I had not consumed my cr credit from last two month. I even call to their call centre asking about to send me credit card statement for what they had charge?

No reply from HDFC Cr card Dept. Also one the agency of behalf of HDFC calling me to make the payment.
The agency phone no is [protected]. Need a help to find out whats going on?
