[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — REMOVAL OF NAME FROM CIBIL

DEAR,

My name is in cibil. Bike named herohonda passion was financed on my name from centurion bank . The centurion bank was closed and taken over was done by HDFC.. I gave my documents and amount was deducted from ecs. After that my company changed and location was also changed . I told my friend who used my documents to pay regularly. But after 2 -3 yrs i came to know he didnot pay and warrant was issued on my name for defaulting. I had no option but to enter into settlement. Now when i am in need of loan i am not getting due to my name is in cibil with very bad score. Plz remove my name from cibil and i assure this kind of act will never happen again
