[Resolved] HDFC Bank — REMOVAL OF NAME FROM CIBIL | |||
DEAR, My name is in cibil. Bike named herohonda passion was financed on my name from centurion bank . The centurion bank was closed and taken over was done by HDFC.. I gave my documents and amount was deducted from ecs. After that my company changed and location was also changed . I told my friend who used my documents to pay regularly. But after 2 -3 yrs i came to know he didnot pay and warrant was issued on my name for defaulting. I had no option but to enter into settlement. Now when i am in need of loan i am not getting due to my name is in cibil with very bad score. Plz remove my name from cibil and i assure this kind of act will never happen again Was this information helpful? | |||

HDFC — Name in CIBIL
I had applied for an HDFC Educational loan which they rejected as my name appeared in the defaulters list of CIBIL. I was surprised to get this news as I never took any kind of loan in my entire life, then how was it possible that my name appeared in the loan defaulters list. Inspite of numerous emails I sent to HDFC, I haven't even got a copy of the CIBIL report. The HDFC loan dept. says its confidential and cant be shared. I even sent an email to the RBI to help me regarding this, they too haven't responded.I might not get a loan from any bank, i guess. Please help to get rid of this situation.
