I have submitted a complaint letter along with the policy documents regarding the cancellation of the policy no[protected] at Janak puri branch on 18th Nov, 2008. This policy is issued to me on the False commitment and my signatures are fradulently done by the Insurance Advisor on the documents. I called up the Customer care on 25th Nov’ 2008. but as per them policy documents and letter does not reach to Mumbai office and they advise me to contact branch again. Till today I have not recd any response in lieu of the refund order. I called up several times to the company help line but till now there is no confirmation.
Why the company is playing with the customer time & money? I do not have time to visit the branch office time & again and when I called at the nos provided then no body picks up a call. I need my money refunded with interest urgently. Was this information helpful? |
