[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Standard Life Insurance Company Limited — User ID & Password not provided

I am contacting the customer service for the pase two months to provide me the User ID and password to activate "My Account" in order to pay premium, i have always been promised by the Customer Service Executive that the mail has been sent to my mail id, but till now i have not received the same and the customer service is unable to help. Please help

To whom it may concern,
I want to draw your attention to ward the attitude of the company
I purchased the policyno[protected] hdfc childrens double benefit plan on 29/10/2010 with the amount of Rs-67214/- today i was planning to deposit nest installment i get to know that my policy has been cancelled but no information given to me.now i am shocked with the attitude of the company.my money not returned to me
