Dear Sir,

I hold a HDFC Creditcard no ending with 6143.If we try reaching customer care they always says the system is hang call back later its unbeleivable i called them for continous 1 week but same response.They always fail to send the statements neither Hard copy nor Soft copy.If we as them the reason they reply that it has been already delivered its not our problem if it has not reached you.

The main problem with them is without customer knowledge they block our a/c because of this stupidity my two cheques has been bounced.As i am working as in media it will be very eassy to bring this all around.I don't want to make this a issue if i ask for the settlement they replies that its not possible you need to make complete payment for which i had not used at all.

I am ready to pay the amount which i had used from bank but not the late fee or interest its HDFC problem they never send us the details in time.I am very much pissed off with HDFC.

This is neha. I hav salaried a/c with HDFC Bank since june 2008. HDFC Bank has offered me Titanium Credit Card, which was pre-approved. There agent came to my house in begning of April to collect all the documents, i provided him same at that time and after that i verified my information over the phone twice. After 2 weeks i called HDFC Credit Card dept. and they told me that they need all documents again when i told them that i hav provided that information thrice they told me that i need to do that again or else they would not issue the Credit Card and when i asked what pre approved card means a supervisor named SHISHIR started shouting and was telling me that they dont provide card to every body . I am facing inconveniance because of there unhelpfull Customer Service Dept. I want you people to take strict action against them bcoz this is not the first time that i faced problem bcoz of there banking behaviour.

This is Neeraj Yadav. I hav salaried a/c with HDFC Bank since june 2008. i had purchase some mutual funds one year back through hdfcbank bank. Now i want to reedeem these mutual funds. i had given the redemption application on 4th may 2010 to Mr.Aakash Kapoor, Palam, New Delhi branch. he told me that i will get my money on my account within 4 days. After 4 days he again told me that money will be credited in my account after 4 days. Again and again he commited me and till now i havn not received my money back. i visited band daily but no proper responce form Mr.Aakash. I am facing inconveniance because of there unhelpfull Customer Service Dept. I want you people to take strict action against them bcoz this is not the first time that i faced problem bcoz of there banking behaviour.

I hope you guys will take some proper action and my money will credited in my account.

I had applied for a HDFC Bank credit card in November 2010.I was told that I will be getting the credit limit of Rs.50k.Before i even received the credit card,I was pitched about HDFC AGRO INSURANCE.I was told that if i take the policy approximately Rs.10k will be blocked from my credit limit.I was Ok with it as I found the product very interesting.Now when I received the card in December 2010, the credit limit which the bank gave me was only Rs.20k.Now when the credit limit is only Rs.20k I did not find it logical that out of 20k my limit for 10k will get blocked nad i get only 10k remaining to use my Credit card.I immediately called the call centre and had placed a request for the cancellation in December 2010.Also i have marked a complaint twice for the same and have got no results.Till date the cancellation has not been done and my limit has been blocked for 9k.Everyday i call iam given the same reply that the limit will be released within two working days.This is just harrassing the customers. Also would like to inform that thrice I have got the call from HDFC Insurance team from the numbers[protected]/30967727/[protected] and they have just listened to my complain and have done "NOTHING" as of now.

i am having trade account in name of pix industries from the past few months its very difficult for me to maintain the AQB . So i decided to shift TO REGULAR account . For This i visited hdfc bank MAQUDA BRANCH, JALANDHAR (PUNJAB ) not my home branch , as it is near to my work place & MEET Mr Pankaj([protected]) & tell him the situation . he understood that he will open the new account in his branch & come to my premises on april 7, 2011 & collected the one cheque of Rs 11000.00 & i signhned the account opening form .he assured me that account will open very next day . BUT After passing so many days when i called number of times he does not answer my call but when he answer he gives FOLLOWING EXCUSES

1 . ACCOUNT IS DELAYED BECAUSE WE ARE BUSY IN CLOSING

2. HIS P.A PICKS UP THE PHONE & says sir is busy VERY INTERESTING evens sales representative have their P.A

3.At last his colleague picks the phone & says he is in hospital at LUDHIANA & will come in next 2 days

after giving so many excuses he starts avoiding my phone

Now finally today i.e on 5 th may 2011 when i visited bank & met branch manager ( as he is not in branch) & tell him the problem he favours me calls to him & angry on him & says to him atleast u must answer the calls of customers . But i think that is all in VEIN . now i have called him more then 10 times after retruning from branch & that too at different intervals of time he is not picking up the phone . i just want your favour that you convey my message to him that " THAT HE SHOULD RETRUNED MY SIGHNED CHEQUE & ALL THE PHOTO COPIES OF DOCUMENTS WHICH HE HAS COLLECTED from me "i have get my work done from some other branch . I also request you to take a strict action against him as he is just ruining the GOODWILL of HDFC bank . IF YOU WANT to conatct you can contact me on [protected]
